GIDED is a personal reference tool that turns written training plans into a tap through guide with video demos, form cues and a rest timer. It is a guide, not a coach, not a physiotherapist and not a doctor.

Nothing in GIDED is medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or professional fitness advice. The content is generated for information only. Do not rely on it to diagnose, treat or manage any injury or condition. If in doubt, consult a qualified professional before you train.

03 · Your responsibility

You take part in any exercise entirely at your own risk. Warm up. Use sensible weight. Stop if a movement causes pain, dizziness or anything that does not feel right. If you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery or have any reason to be cautious, do not use GIDED as your sole source of guidance.

04 · Age

GIDED is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please only use it with a parent, guardian or qualified coach.

05 · AI generated content

Plans, form cues and demo suggestions are generated by an AI model. They may contain mistakes, out of date information or moves that do not suit your body. Sense check every plan. If anything feels wrong, skip it.

06 · Video demos

Video suggestions open a YouTube search in a new tab. GIDED does not host, endorse or verify those videos. The channels and creators shown are third parties.

07 · No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIDED and its owner accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

08 · Access and availability

GIDED is currently a private preview shared with friends, family and testers. Access may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

09 · Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as GIDED develops. The date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
