Your plan, your device
Last updated 1 September 2026.
GIDED has no sign up and no login. We do not ask for your name, your email or any other identifying detail, and we hold no user profile of any kind.
Your plan, its guides, your notes, your ticked off moves, your kit selection and your private usage tally are stored in your browser on the device you are using. They are not copied to a server. Clearing your browser storage, or using the clear options in Settings, removes them for good.
To build a guide, the plan text, file or answers you provide are sent once to our AI provider over an encrypted connection. That request contains only what you typed or uploaded. We do not store the request, and the finished plan comes straight back to your device.
Each move links to a video demo search on YouTube. Opening a video means YouTube receives that request under its own privacy terms.
While the app is private, entry needs an access code. Your browser keeps a small session marker so you stay unlocked. It holds no personal data.
Because everything sits on your device, you can export it or delete it at any time from Settings. For anything else, email contact@tomhale.co.uk.
